Usage terms.

These Usage Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website codeqatar.com ("the Site") operated by Code IT ("we", "us", "our"), an FFC Group company based in Doha, Qatar. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page; continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of the Site
The Site is an informational and lead-generation platform describing Code IT's services, product partnerships, and company information. Services described on the Site are provided subject to separate written agreements between Code IT and each client.
3. Eligibility and authorized use
The Site is intended for use by business visitors assessing enterprise IT services. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and the overall design — is the property of Code IT, the FFC Group, or our licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Qatar and internationally.
You may:
- View, read, and print pages for personal or internal business reference.
- Share links to individual pages of the Site.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display Site content in a manner that competes with or misrepresents Code IT.
- Use our logos, trade names, or trademarks except as expressly permitted.
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of Site code.
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site by automated means.
Third-party trademarks and product names shown on the Site (including Microsoft, Oracle, Sophos, Veeam, Ivanti, PaperCut, Acronis, SUSE, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in a manner that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or any connected systems.
- Introduces malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interferes with the operation of the Site or with other users.
- Submits false, misleading, or abusive information through forms, the chatbot, or the booking page.
6. Submissions and communications
If you submit information through a form, chatbot, or other interactive feature, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Code IT a non-exclusive right to use the submitted information to respond to your enquiry and to improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any information provided is complete, accurate, or current.
Information on the Site about services, products, or partnerships is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or commitment. Any actual engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Code IT, its affiliates (including the FFC Group), and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed QAR 500 (five hundred Qatari Riyals), or the equivalent amount in another currency.
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code IT, the FFC Group, and our respective officers, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or liability — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of- laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Code IT regarding your use of the Site.
